Rolled oats 72.5%, instant whole milk powder 22.5% (whole milk powder 99.5%, soy lecithin), Mānuka honey powder 5% (maltodextrin, Mānuka honey 30%).
Allergens
Contains gluten, milk and soy. May contain traces of wheat.
Per 40g serve
664kJ energy · 6.2g protein · 3.4g dietary fibre · 4.5g sugars
Preparation
Add one 40g serve to a bowl. Add approximately 200ml hot water at 85°C or above, stir thoroughly and stand for about five minutes.
