Rolled oats 67.5%, instant whole milk powder 22.5% (whole milk powder 99.5%, soy lecithin), sugar.
Allergens
Contains gluten, milk and soy. May contain traces of wheat.
Per 40g serve
668kJ energy · 5.9g protein · 3.2g dietary fibre · 7.7g sugars
Preparation
Add one 40g serve to a bowl. Add approximately 200ml hot water at 85°C or above, stir thoroughly and stand for about five minutes.
